Terms of Service

1. The service

LeagueBeacon provides fantasy football analytics and decision-support tools. Current features may include league-aware team analysis, rankings, signals, trade and waiver analysis, draft tools, player trends, and weekly projections or results. The available features depend on the league data, season, account level, and current product configuration.

LeagueBeacon is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sleeper.

2. Accounts and account security

LeagueBeacon is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. You may not create an account or use the service if you are under 18.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may connect third-party fantasy information to personalize the service. You represent that you are authorized to provide the information you submit and to use any account or league information you choose to connect. You may not impersonate another person or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights.

3. Sleeper and connected-service data

LeagueBeacon may retrieve fantasy football information through third-party services such as Sleeper. The current Sleeper connection uses public, read-only data associated with a Sleeper username, user ID, or league ID. It does not use Sleeper OAuth, does not prove ownership of a Sleeper profile, and does not request or store your Sleeper password.

LeagueBeacon does not own Sleeper data or Sleeper intellectual property. Sleeper remains responsible for its platform, data, availability, terms, and privacy practices. LeagueBeacon does not post transactions, change lineups, modify rosters, or alter league settings on Sleeper.

4. Free and Pro access

LeagueBeacon offers Free access and paid Pro access. The intended standard prices are $4.99 per month for Monthly Pro and $29.99 per year for Annual Pro. Eligible founding customers may receive $10 off their first annual payment, making the first year $19.99. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, the annual subscription then renews at $29.99 per year.

Offers may be limited by eligibility, quantity, or time. Taxes may apply. The plan, price, billing interval, discount, and other terms displayed at Stripe Checkout when you complete the purchase control that transaction.

5. Recurring billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before renewal. Stripe processes subscription payments. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring amounts and applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Where supported, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from My Account. Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the subscription state displayed by Stripe and LeagueBeacon. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, Pro access may continue until that period ends. An immediate cancellation or ended subscription may end Pro access sooner.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewal. LeagueBeacon may provide a refund for a billing error, where required by law, or at its discretion. Contact [email protected] with a billing question.

7. Fantasy analysis disclaimer

Rankings, predictions, trade analysis, waiver analysis, projections, signals, and other recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Outputs may be produced using statistical, algorithmic, machine-learning, rules-based, or other analytical methods and may rely on incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate third-party data.

Predictions and recommendations are not guarantees. You remain responsible for your fantasy football decisions. LeagueBeacon does not guarantee winnings, rankings, league outcomes, player performance, or financial results, and the service is not gambling, investment, or financial advice.

8. Third-party services and content

LeagueBeacon relies on third-party services and data sources, including Sleeper for fantasy data, Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, Render for application hosting, Reddit for advertising measurement, email service providers for account communications, and nflverse data distributed through GitHub for historical football statistics. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for a third party’s service, content, security, availability, or decisions. Changes or outages at a third party may affect LeagueBeacon features.

9. Acceptable use

You may use LeagueBeacon for ordinary personal fantasy football analysis. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data;
• scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or automate access in a way intended to circumvent access controls, usage limits, or normal service operation;
• interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or impose an unreasonable load on LeagueBeacon systems;
• misuse LeagueBeacon data, interfaces, or systems to harm another person or the service; or
• use LeagueBeacon for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

These restrictions do not prohibit normal use of customer-facing features or lawful activity that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

LeagueBeacon and its licensors retain their rights in the LeagueBeacon name and branding, software, interfaces, visual design, original analysis, and proprietary content. Subject to these Terms, LeagueBeacon gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

These Terms do not give LeagueBeacon ownership of third-party fantasy statistics, Sleeper intellectual property, or content owned by you or another party. Third-party content remains subject to the applicable owner’s rights and license terms.

11. Feedback

If you choose to send product feedback, you give LeagueBeacon permission to use it to operate, evaluate, and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of personal information included in your feedback, which is handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Service changes and availability

LeagueBeacon may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features; update data or analytical methods; correct errors; and perform maintenance. The service may experience interruptions, delays, or downtime. We do not promise that every feature or third-party integration will always be available or that every result will be error-free.

13. Suspension and termination

LeagueBeacon may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. When practical, we will consider the nature of the issue and whether it can be resolved before termination.

You may stop using LeagueBeacon at any time. Stopping use or losing account access does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; manage the subscription through the available billing portal or contact support.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, LeagueBeacon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its data or recommendations will be complete or accurate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeagueBeacon and KS Quality Trail LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or fantasy league opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid LeagueBeacon during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
